Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

    • Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Return Options

  • Refund: Eligible on full-priced items only. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Exchange: Exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.

  • Store Credit: Offered as an alternative to refund or exchange.

Return Process

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your request within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are:

    • Free on exchanges or returns for store credit (within [your country])

    • Customer’s responsibility for international or refund returns unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
