We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple.
Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.
We do not accept returns on:
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Return Options
Refund: Eligible on full-priced items only. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Exchange: Exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.
Store Credit: Offered as an alternative to refund or exchange.
Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your request within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
